Biography:

The Situation, real name Mike Sorrentino, is an American Reality TV personality. The Situation is most famous thanks to being one of the "Jersey Shore" cast members. He has been with the cast since the premiere of the show in 2009. In 2010, he was named the second highest-paid Reality TV star after Kim Kardashian. The Situation's endorsement deals include Devotion Vodka and Reebok Zigtech shoes. He has released a ghost-written book that was poorly received by the public and critics and has launched his own clothing line. In 2011 he was asked by Abercrombie&Fitch to stop wearing their clothes in exchange of a sum of money. The joke was on them because Mike fired back with a lawsuit after the company released T-shirts with messages like "The Fichuation" and "GTL...You know the deal." The Situation made his musical debut with a self titled rap track in collaboration with Fatman Scoop, DJ Class and The Disco Fries.
