Biography:

Tenth Avenue North is an American Contemporary Christian music band from West Palm Beach, Florida. Tenth Avenue North consists of Mike Donehey on vocals and acoustic guitar, Jeff Owen on electric guitar and backup vocals, drummer Jason Jamison, Ruben Juarez III on bass guitar and backing vocals and Brandon Shirley on keys. Their debut album, 'Over and Underneath', was released on May 20, 2008 with Reunion Records. The band kicked off a tour in promotion of the album right around that time. The album produced hit singles like "Love Is Here", which made it on the Top 20 in the U.S, on the Contemporary Christian Music chart, and reached #3 by June 21, 2008. In 2008 it was named the 12th most-played song on Christian Hit Radio according to R&R magazine's Christian CHR chart. "By Your Side", the second single, was released in late August 2008 and eventually became a number 1 hit on Christian CHR radio in 2009. According to R&R's chart, the song stayed at the top position for three weeks by February 13, 2009. Tenth Avenue North's second studio album "The Light Meets The Dark" was released in May 2011 and features hit singles "Healing Begins", Strong Enough To Save", "You Are No More" and "The Truth Is Who You Are". The band next released a live album entitled "Tenth Avenue North Live: Inside and In Between: The Shows, The Songs, The Story". On March 14, 2012, the boys announced the name of their third studio album "The Struggle" set for release in August 2012.
