Kanye's lawyer issues takedown notice, claims the sex tape was stolen
Kanye West is ready to fight against his alleged
sex tape, or sex tapes, going public.

Kanye's lawyer issued a cease-and-desist letter to various media outlets demanding that any images or footage associated with the alleged sex tape be immediately taken down.
It was also noted that the footage was stolen from the "
Mercy" rapper's computer.
"Be advised that the Screen Shot, as well as the Tape from which the Screen Shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West's computer. Your posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the stolen Screen Shot and/or other materials on the Tape constitute actionable violations of Mr. West's rights of privacy and publicity."
West's legal team warns that the rapper will take legal action against anyone posting images or footage from the sex tape in question.
