L.A Reid regrets not signing Lady Gaga, called her demo 'disgusting'.

X Factor judges are making a stop on "
Ellen" these days. First
Britney Spears and
Simon stopped by and
learned 'Gangnam Style', and now
L.A Reid revealed the biggest mistake of his career.
During his appearance on
Ellen's show, on Wednesday,
L.A revealed that he still regrets not signing
Lady Gaga:
"It was the biggest mistake I ever made in my life", he said.
Despite being impressed with
Mother Monster at first, after hearing her demo tape, the music mogul was far from happy with her music:
"I said, 'You know what? This is disgusting', and I dropped her", he revealed.
