Joe Simpson was busted on August 4 and spent one night in jail.

Joe Simpson, was arrested for DUI in LA on August 4, 2012,
TMZ reports.
According to the report, the 54-years-old was pulled over by the cops while on Ventura Boulevard around 10 PM and, after being discovered, he was arrested and thrown in jail.
He ended up spending the night behind bars and was released the next day without having to post bail.
Lucky for Joe, this was his first offense so chances are he won't get any more jail time if criminal charges are filled.
