All eyes and ears are on former N-Dubz member, Tulisa Contostavlos, as she is gearing up for the premiere of her second single "Live It Up" music video and the release of her debut solo album.

Tulisa, who shoot the "Live It Up" video just days ago in Hawaii, alongside Tyga who is featured on the track, talked with MTV about their collaboration and the musical direction of her upcoming album.

After describing her collaboration with the rapper as "urban as hell", the "Young" hitmaker talked future music:

"People want to forget I came from N-Dubz and I am actually urban...If I go too poppy I'm selling out, if I go too urban supposedly I'm not hood", she said.

“I know what I am, I know where I came from and that’s all you’re going to see from now on!”, Tulisa added making it clear for everyone that she's got big plans and she's ticking with them.
