J.Lo and Casper are threatening to take legal action against the "defamatory" statements.

Remember the story about Casper Smart going to a peep show right before Jennifer Lopez's birthday?

Well, those stories evolved into articles about Smart visiting an exotic massage parlor via In Touch and being caught at gay peep show via Radar.

The Daily Mail UK also published photos of the dancer entering and leaving a x-rated peep show one day before Lopez's 43 birthday.

The publications are standing by their stories, In Touch even got statements from one of the workers at the exotic massage parlor, but J.Lo and her man are firing back at the claims.

"These statements are false, malicious and defamatory. Ms. Lopez and Mr. Smart will pursue all remedies available to them under the law", an attorney for the couple told press.

But not all stories regarding Casper's visit are that way. According to E!, sources have revealed that he was in the neighborhood to get a shave in time for Jennifer's birthday party and have a tattoo re-inked.
