Usher wants to settle the custody battle with Tameka after stepson was declared brain dead.

The custody battle between Usher and ex-wife Tameka Foster had gotten to a point where they were accusing each other of violence, cheating and drugs. Both exes were determined to win and neither was ready to soften up.
