Rumors that Jennifer Lopez will not be returning for a new season of 'American Idol' are continuing and they're starting to get convincing.

So who should take J.Lo's place if she doesn't return?

Rumor has it, the producers are thinking about Katy Perry, Fergie, Mariah Carey and Adam Lambert as possible candidates.

In case this is true, and the "Dance Again" diva needs a replacement, I'm rooting for Fergie or Mariah. Adam would also be a great choice, but if he'll join L.A Reid and Randy Jackson on the judges' panel, we'd have only guys and 'American Idol' also needs a woman's touch.
