Brandy was sexy in a $4,000 Balmain shirt, and Monica wowed in a berry suit.

Brandy and Monica attended the 2012 BET Awards at Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, CA on July 1st, 2012.

The "Boy Is Mine" hitmakers put on their best outfits and wowed on the red carpet.

Brandy opted for a revealing look and wore a Balmain shirt with golden and clear embroidery which she paired with multiple statement rings, dangling diamond earrings and black pumps with a gold padlock accessory.

A half-up, half down do and flawless makeup completed her look.

Monica opted to cover up, but that doesn't mean she looked less sexy. The "Slow Jam" singer looked classy in a beautiful berry suit. Love her structured blazer!

A chic bun and natural makeup completed the look.

Between the two, I prefer Monica's look on this occasion. Brandy's $4,000 shirt seems to be missing a pair of pants.
