Luckily, it was just a precautionary evacuation.
Rihanna and other guests at the Corinthi Hotel she was staying in London had to be evacuated early this morning, June 27, after a fire broke.

Her tweet was followed by a
photo of the fire truck in front of the hotel:
"Fire in the Telly #evacuationlife", she added.
Luckily, it was just a precautionary evacuation. Turns out a service elevator motor had burned out and the smoke activated the fire alarms.
After the fire department conducted the safety check, hotel guests were allowed to return to their rooms.
