The 2012 Miss USA Competition was held at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino
Las Vegas, NV on June 3rd, 2012.

Making a fabulous red carpet appearance were Fashion Police hosts Kelly Osbourne and Giuliana Rancic. While Kelly opted to wear a black gown with embellished neckline, Giuliana was shining from head to toe in her stunning silver gown.

"@GiulianaRancic we looked damn good last nights #MissUSA if I don't say so myself!", Kelly tweeted. 

The ladies were joined on the red carpet by fashion guru Jeannie Mai who looked amazing in an edgy black gown.

Olivia Culpo was crowned winner of the 2012 Miss USA Competition.
