Usher and Tameka Foster's custody battle gets uglier.
Things have just gotten uglier in the custody battle between
Usher and ex-wife
Tameka Foster.
The "
Climax" hitmaker testified against his ex in court yesterday, May 21st, and he revealed that not only did she attack him but she also spit on his new girlfriend!
TMZ reports that
Usher told the court how Tameka reacted when he showed up at her house with his new lady:
"I'm gonna kick your ass. B*tch get out of the car. How dare you bring this woman into my subdivision in my house?", she reportedly said.
The singer then went on and detailed the following events:
"She continued to spit. At this point she pulled the door open, tried to swing at her. "
The artist added that after he came out of the car to try and stop her, she hit him and "threw a plate of food at the car" as he left.
For the sake of their kids, let's hope they will be able to work things out in a civil way.
