It is hard to believe that such a super rich mogul has failed to fairly compensate some of his workers. I am talking about Jay-Z, of course. Beyonce’s husband is now facing legal action as he allegedly has not paid the insurance to some of the domestic staff.
Executives at the Workers Compensation Board of New York have filed suit against the wealthy and multitalented artist over claims he failed to pay premiums for his employees, which include drivers, maids and cooks at his home, for three months in 2009.
As a result of this –and according to TMZ- a court has forced Jay-Z to pay $18,000 in fines to for the lapse, and the government agency has now taken action to claim the money.
