White Stripes claims that the Air Force Super Bowl Ad uses one of their songs without permission.

It was the last recruiting campaign ad of the Aire Force reserve that was showed in the Super Bowl that featured some extreme sports to convince the young and adventurous to join the army. The video also feature some guitar music and melodies that sounded a lot like "Fell in Love With a Girl." by White Stripes.
The American rock duo wrote in their website with links to their song and the Air Force ad: "we believe our song was re-recorded and used without permission of the white stripes, our publishers, label or management".
But the problem goes beyond of just using a song without permission. The ad is for the Air Force reserved in the middle of a war then the army is looking for new people. The White Stripes said: "(we) take strong insult and objection to the air force reserves presenting this advertisement with the implication that we licensed one of our songs to encourage recruitment during a war we do not support".
They are planning to take legal action to stop the ad.
The White Stripes have been on hiatus since 2007 but they announced they have been working on a new album
