Iglesias landed the record of having the most Billboard dance chart No. 1 hits

Well, I’m especially proud of this news, to be honest! Enrique Iglesias , the Spaniard musician, has achieved a new record on his career: His last track, ‘Dirty dancer’ has topped the Billboard’s Dance Music Charts, becoming the ultimate ‘king’ of Dance Music: The artist that has had the highest amount of number 1 hits on the very much coveted Billboard charts, surpassing Michael Jackson. Can you guys believe it?
‘Dirty Dancer’ is the sixth single from his album “Euphoria” and now became the ninth by the artist to top the Dance/Club Play Songs chart, putting him ahead of the late pop icon Michael Jackson.
His other No. 1 Billboard dance hits from 1999 until now are “Bailamos,” “Be With You,” “Hero,” “Escape,” “Not In Love,” “Away,” “I Like It” and “Tonight (I’m Lovin’ You).” Behind them, Prince has been holding a steady number three on the artist having the most No. 1 dance singles among the men.
Again, that’s for male artist, because these gentlemen don’t even hold the candle for the absolute queen of the dance floor: Madonna. She has racked up 40 No. 1 dance hits throughout her career.
So guys, who’s the artist that has made you dance the most on the dance floor: Enrique Iglesias, Michael Jackson or Madonna?
