Meanwhile, the Canadian pop star picked up these awards: Top New Artist, Top Pop Album for 'My World 2.0', Top Social Artist, Top Digital Media Artist, Top Streaming Artist and Top Streaming Song (Video) for 'Baby'.
Rihanna –Top Female Artist!- Lady Gaga, Usher, Taylor Swift, Taio Cruz and indie rockers Mumford and Sons were honored with three statues each.
Beyonce proved once again why she deserves the Artist of the Milenium Award, as she delivered a show-stopping performance of her new song Run The World Girls. As part of her tribute, a footage including some of the greatest artist of all time (from Barbra Streisand to U2’s Bono or Stevie Wonder) praising Beyonce was featured in the gala.
