Oscar’s host James Franco’s Burlesque performance was cancelled and her song didn’t get nominated

Everything is almost ready to celebrate the biggest night in movies: The Oscars ceremony. But there’s one super star that is not very excited. I’m talking about Cher.
The iconic artist, who already won an Academy Award, starred on one of the greatest musicals of the year, Burlesque, along with Christina Aguilera.
The “If I Could Turn Back Time” hit maker has complained as she felt that the Academy didn’t show the appreciation the movie deserved: First of all, the song 'You Haven't Seen The Last Of Me' didn’t score an Oscar nod, even though the track won the Golden Globe as Best Original Song. To top it off, this year’s Oscar co-host James Franco, was supposed to tribute the movie during Sunday’s ceremony doing a Burlesque performance. This performance was also canceled.
Cher didn’t wait too long to express her disappointment via Twitter: "James Franco was going to dress up in the 'Welcome to Burlesque' outfit & sing 'U Haven't Seen the Last of me'... Gotta count our blessings where we find them! Disappointment pass[es] (sic)."
Cher vs. The Academy…Who you’re with? Do you think the academy has been fair with the movie Burlesque? Did you actually like the movie?
