Cher, one of the greatest pop icons of all times, is about to release a new movie along with Christina Aguilera, called Burlesque –in Theaters on November 24. In the meantime, it’s time to promote the flick, so that we are seeing and reading a lot about the Strong Enough hit maker.
The 64-year-old artist is looking amazing on the cover of the latest issue of Vanity Fair. The interview is very revealing as she talks about everything, from her transgender son, to how much she admires how great Meryl Streep is looking.
Cher has some not nice words about the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame executives, as she feels that they hadn’t acknowledged enough the work of Sonny and Cher: "Sonny was a good writer, and we started something that no one else was doing. We were weird hippies before there was a name for it - when the Beatles were wearing sweet little haircuts and round-collared suits. “She continued, "we influenced a generation, and it’s like, 'What more do you want?'"
