Rob has one of the most unusall voices i've ever heard. He has an ability to sing right into my heart, so i feel like i'm about to cry. Robert Pattinson uses his voice in a great way. i just.. when i look at him i get this feeling. that feeling that makes you feel like a fool. I donät know. I'm just dreaming again but... I think this is an awesome song.. and yes :) he does have a british accent so when he sings he does song different..but still i think he is a wonderful singer and I could probably get alot more people to agree with me. I was saddened by a comment that he made in an interview that "you can't make money in music anymore because of everybody sharing music online", or something to that effect. Seriously, if you dont like it, then dont bother listening and its just rude to write comments saying he sucks. his "slurring" of his words and "mumbling" is simply part of the genre and mood of the song he's playing. its how the song goes! if you were famous, then you'd probably realise how hard it is to get there, and you start by having a little talent and working on it.

I don't think that Robert Pattinson is at all hot, I think he's an okay actor. Although I absolutely love his folkesque unique voice and think he should take singing up as a career. Although I would like to hear him play on of his own songs rather than Van Morrison or Marcus Foster.

I personally think that Rob sings this song better than the original artist, and I am an enormous fan of his as well. Robert adopted his sound/style from both Van Morrison and Bob Dylan, so when you think it's a bit hard to understand him, look up those guys and listen to them and you'll then understand him alot more. I am a 35 year old mom and I think he adds so much emotion to everything he sings. What I feel/hear when he sings is heart and soul and alot, if not most,of the younger people singing today have neither of that. They want to glory, the fame, but hardly any of them sing from thier souls. Robert does. Just my opinion. thanks

He has a unique voice, but he could do with some music lessions so that he could smooth out those high notes, so that they dont sound like he is screaming.
As far as his new short hair cut, I think it is about time...from the numerous amount of pictures being taken of him, it doesn't appear that he likes to mess around with hair care too much. If that is the case, then he should find an easier hairdo to suit him; he is just as good-looking no matter how he wears it and that swept back, piecey look is kind of high maintenance. He probably just got tired of the press making so many comments about the way his hair always looked.

I think no matter what way you look at it, whether it's a bias oppinion regarding his beauty or not, he is talented. for one- he can act and that's quite obvious considering the ever growing fanbase he's a acquired from Twilight alone. he can sing-he has a very unique voice and although you may sometimes not be able to understand what he is saying he provides an enjoyable tone and voice to listen to. and 3 well was he not a model before? that takes talent too. his looks are also a plus, as he is gorgeous. i know van morrison wrote this song but some people may not know that so give them a break for posting it under his name. not everybody is as musically inclined as others and it is a simple mistake.
and p.s. not all songs on the internet labelled as for example "tears dry on their own" by amy whinehouse, the song could have been written by a totally different person and chances are it was. so either way, just enjoy the music. kudos to robert pattinson for doing so well and putting his many talents to good use:)

I don't know about all of these comments. Personally I think that his voice and sound is actually really very good. Very unique, very soulful, but it is defiantly not for the mainstream and it kind of sucks that so many people are saying they like it just because their freaking out over Rob right now - his music is just to good to be lost in the frenzy that surrounds him right now - I hope that he can get through this so that we can really see what this guy has to offer the music industry.

Robs song are very original..they are soulful..and i like this song very much..but pattinson is the significantly beter actor till singer...but i love rob with all my heart and hi has very sweet voice..I LOVE EDWAED CULLIN AND I LOVE ROBERT PATTINSON!!!

Rob has a beautiful voice, and I love it! He does compose well too, I mean, Never Think was his composition and I thought it was great. The words can feel like they're mumbled sometimes, but that doesnt mean he cant sing or that he doesnt have a good voice. Personally, I love RPattz, and the fact that he sings, plays the guitar and the piano, and composes songs, and reads book, and isnt conceited and is soo funny..ok wait, what was i saying? Fact is, hez great. Accept it ppl!

YOu guys are sooo hilarious. I cry when I hear his music too! But only because his voice is so crappy. He cant sing to save his life. I like the guitar music but you have to admit the man cant sing. I do think he is amazingly hot and is a great actor

Robert pattinson has an amazing voice! Sure he is incredibly gorgeous aswell but for me that isn't all he has to offer! Some say he mumbles and you can't understand him... which is what I originally thought to but if you really listen to him he is amazingly gifted! I knw that if he releasises an album like he said he was planning to I will buy it if I can... not because he is gorgeous but because he actually has amazing talent and he is one of the best musicians I have ever heard and he is a truely inspiring person who seems to have incredible depth and talents that people don't care to recognise!
He is AMAZING!

Honestly, I used to LLOVE Twilight but now, I like Rob more!.. i'm not obsessed with him because, i don't think its respectful but i will say he is an amazing, singer, actor, and person.. with very good looks, his voice is very unique and it reminds me a little of Van Morrison and Dave matthews

This song is beautiful! Possibly my favourite and I love the laugh inbetween ^_^
and plus I don't really think Rob would give a tiny rats' ass if some idiot locked away in their bedroom slagging things off behind a computer screen doesn't like his singing style!! I don't like Lady Gaga's music but you don't see me going on to pages for her lyrics and commenting saying she sounds like a great old heap of horse shit! And also oh please lots of you shallow people that only like him because he's 'hot' need to get a life! There is more to this man than his looks you know!!
