Review added by alfie Mga Awiting Pilipino, a stardom title of one of the Philippine's one and only Superstar Nora Aunor which became one of the best selling albums of the early 70's. In this album the songs were sung with a hurt and stadium-like performance.

The song "Carinosa" was sung with a colored gold microphone and a three boys who played guitar, drums and piano for an accompaniment. A burial song entitled "Kung Maging Ulila" was sung by Nora so emotional. The song "Ti Ayat Ti Maysa Nga Ubing" was the song who broke up all Ilocano Songs before. Remembering that all those who sell 45 rpm records have a copy of this.

Review added by taguba family This album entitled "Mga Awiting Pilipino" was originally released during golden age of local recording. This album was full of song which lifts the music pleasure of every Filipino.

The song "Sinisinta Kita" became one of the most best sellers of records ever because of the lyrics "sinisinta kita di ka kumikibo akala mo yata ako'y nagbibiro" which is the most pronounced lyrics of the Filipinos everytime they serenade.

The song "Leron-Leron Sinta" was sung by Nora in Alpha Records while she was urinating inside the recording studio and that's the reason why there's a line there where she sung the song at the wrong nuance.

Mi madre, nació en Filipinas en 1916, y se acuerda de todas ellas, le han gustado mucho. Son canciones muy hermosas y tan bien cantadas por Nora Aunor, que, quería saber si tiene algún "Album" más de canciones clásicas Filipinas. Gracias.
