The Rapper's Faux Fur Collection Tested Positive for Raccoon Dog Fur

Bad news for P. Diddy's Faux Fur Line: Macy has pulled from its shelves two styles of jackets from the Sean John Collection. The hooded jackets' garments which were advertised as faux fur tested positive for raccoon dog fur. The investigation was lead by The Humane Society of the United States.
Here's what the CEO of the organization had to say about this very sad discovery: "First these jackets were falsely advertised as faux fur, and then it turned out that the fur came from a type of dog." The raccoon dog is a non-domestic animal, indigenous to Asia and commonly raised for their fur's resemblance to that of a raccoon.
Immediately after the discovery was made, P. Diddy issued the following statement: "I was completely unaware by the nature of this material, but as soon as we were alerted, the garments were pulled off out of Macy's floor and Web site. I have instructed out outwear licensee to cease production of any material using these garments immediately."
This is a very serious issue and unfortunately, the Humane Society has declared that 9 out of 10 garments tested positive for raccoon fur and were mislabeled.
How do you feel about wearing real fur? Do you find it offensive or fashionable?
