Having been born to a family of musicians, Andrew Gold started writing his first songs at the age of 13. He is a great singer, songwriter, producer, musician and engineer. He has written and produced songs for movie soundtracks and televisions, most notably the theme in TV's Mad About You. His solo single "Never Let her Slip Away" is best known in the UK in 1978.
