Biography:

"A Dark Halo" is a high-tech metal outfit based in Phoenix, AZ. It was created by Dave Lowmiller and Christopher M. Jones. The band tries to bring a new breed of heavy music to break down genre barriers and raise the listener expectations. They integrate elements of American and European metal styles, industrial and gothic electronica, and a dose of Hollywood style orchestral arrangement making a truly unique sound. The lyrics written by Dave and Christopher always aim to be accesible to the listener. Since they have been able to master the art of making heavy metal appealing, the band has been approached by THQ to have their music included on a wrestling video game. Their songs “Burn It All” and “Beyond Recall” are both featured in “WWE Day Of Reckoning 2” for Nintendo Gamecube. After that, the band released their debut album in 2006 called "Catalyst." A Dark Halo has recently begun the planning phase of a live tour featuring drummer Jim McAllister and guitarist Justin Corey. The band hopes to announce tour dates soon.
